Skip a day.
Keep the streak.

RepeatLoop is a habit tracker that treats a rest day as a rest day, not a failure. Check in with one tap, get a reminder when it's time, and keep everything on your phone.

Skip, don't fail

A rest day shouldn't wipe out two weeks of work.

Mark a day as Skipped when you're taking it off on purpose: a rest day, a trip, a sick day. Skips never break your streak. Every habit gets a month calendar, so you can see exactly what happened and tap any day to fix it.

Track it your way

Yes or no, how many, or how long.

Some habits are a simple yes or no. Others are "8 glasses of water" or "20 minutes of reading". Pick the type that fits, then choose when it repeats: every day, on specific days, or a target like 3 times a week or 10 times a month.

Reminders

A nudge at the right time, and you can check it off right there.

Set a reminder time for each habit. When it arrives, tap Done on the notification and it's logged, without opening the app. Reminders come from your phone, so they work offline.

Know which habits are sticking, and which are slipping.

Every habit shows its current and best streak, total completions, and completion rate for the last 7 and 30 days, free. Premium adds the Stats dashboard: every habit side by side, with trends over 30 days, 90 days or a year.

See how RepeatLoop counts a streak

Tap a day to switch it between Done, Skipped and Missed. The count below follows the same rules as the app: Done adds a day, Skipped is neutral, and Missed resets it unless Streak Freeze covers it.

Two weeks, oldest first. The last box is today: it isn't counted as missed until the day is over.

Streak Freeze covers at most one missed day in any 14-day stretch, and only days after you unlocked Premium. A covered day shows as Frozen.

Your habits are your business. They stay on your phone.

There's no sign-up and no account. Everything you track is stored on your device, and the app works without a connection.

Moving to a new phone? Export to JSON or CSV for free and import it back. Or, with Premium, back up to your own Google Drive. It's off until you turn it on.

Questions

Does skipping a day break my streak?

No. A Skip is a deliberate rest day. It doesn't add to your streak, but it never breaks it, on the free version too.

What happens if I miss a day?

A day that ends with no Done or Skip counts as Missed and resets the streak. With Premium, Streak Freeze automatically covers an occasional miss, at most one in any 14-day stretch, and shows it as Frozen instead. Today never counts as missed while it's still today.

Is RepeatLoop free?

Yes. Up to 100 active habits (the same limit as Premium), reminders, each habit's calendar and stats, and JSON or CSV export are all free. Premium is a one-time unlock, not a subscription, and adds Streak Freeze, the Stats dashboard, Google Drive backup and custom themes.

Do I need an account?

No. There's no sign-up. Your habits are stored on your phone. Google sign-in is only used if you turn on Google Drive backup.

Can I track habits like "3 times a week"?

Yes. A habit can repeat every day, on specific days, a number of times per week, or a number of times per month. For weekly and monthly targets the app tracks progress toward the target instead of a day-by-day streak.

Is RepeatLoop on iPhone?

No, RepeatLoop is Android only.
